Project Manager I
- Qualification And Experience :
- Ph.D
- OR
- 1st class or equivalent in M.Tech./M.S. with at-least 2 years of post-qualification experience
- OR
- 1st class or equivalent in M.Sc./B.Tech/B.E. with at-least 4 years of post-qualification experience
- OR
- 1st class or equivalent in B.Sc./B.C.A with at-least 8 years of post-qualification experience
- Candidates should have a minimum 60% or equivalent grade in percentage/grade points from Graduation onwards and 55% or equivalent grade in class 10th and 12th.
- Ph.D
- Job Responsibilities :
- Manage the operations of a workshop, which include coordinating activities, overseeing safetyprotocols, maintaining equipment, and ensuring that all logistics are carried out efficiently.
- Coordinate and schedule workshop activities and ensure resources availability.
- Supervise the execution of workshop tasks to ensure quality and efficiency. Provide technicalsupport and guidance to workshop staff as needed.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during workshop operations.
- Evaluate workshop processes and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency andeffectiveness.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently
- Excellent interpersonal relationship building, teamwork, and employee coaching skill
- Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills
- Passion for experiential and hands-on education and conceptually sound in STEM Educationwill be given preference.
