CG DLSA Balodabazar invites applications for the post of office assistant/clerk and office peon. This post is contractual for one year time period. In compliance with the guidelines of National Legal Services Authority, New Delhi and Chhattisgarh State Legal Services Authority, Bilaspur, letter No. F.N.L./27/2022-NALSA/1141 dated 16-07-2024 and letter No. F.N.L./27/2022-NALSA/588/J dated 29-07-2024, applications are invited in the prescribed format from qualified Indian citizens for appointment of staff in Legal Aid Defense Council (contractual) for a period of one year for implementation of Legal Aid Defense Council System Office established in District Legal Services Authority, Balodabazar.

Application forms will be accepted only through the drop box kept in the office of District Legal Services Authority, District Court Complex, Balodabazar. Applications received through any other medium will not be considered.

CG DLSA Balodabazar Recruitment 2025 : Educational Qualifications

(A) Qualification for office assistant (Clerks) :-

Graduate in any field
Basic knowledge of computer and ability to work processing skills and skills to feed data
Typing skills with high speed and proper setting of petition
Knowledge to give dictation
Ability to prepare files for presentation in the courts
Knowledge of processing and maintenance of files

(B) Qualification for the post of Office peon (Munshi/Attendant)

Passed with 5th class to 12th class or above
Good character
Physically and mentally fit
Obedient and dutiful nature

Note : Preference will be given to those who had experience of working as cook, driver, gardener, electrician, carpenter and plumber.

CG DLSA Balodabazar Recruitment 2025 : Application Procedure

Applications are invited through offline mode. Eligible candidates can fill form and submit in the drop box kept in the CG DLSA office Balodabazar. Any other mode (fax, courier, email, etc) of sending the applications will not be considered.
Those who wants to apply for more than one post should submit separate application for each post and must write the name of post on the top of sealed envelope.
Application forms must contain self-attested passport size colour photograph with candidate full name and date.
Self-attested must be done on whole document along with a copy of aadhar card as Identity proof.
Without signature, photographs and improper documents, applications will not be considered.

CG DLSA Balodabazar Recruitment 2025 : Selection Procedure

(A) For the post of Office Assistant/Clerks :-

First stage : Preference – Graduates will preferable.
Second stage : Merit List – On the basis of merit marks in graduation merit list will comes with a list of thirty times the number of candidates for the vacant posts will go further process
Third Stage : Skill test and interview – For this post skill test will be of 250 marks and interview will be of 50 marks.
Candidates have to type a Hindi passage of 250 words approx. and make table in computer within 10 minutes and must complete within the given time and accuracy and one mark is deducted for each mistake (Heading, paragraph, etc). Typing test conducts in the Ubuntu Linux with hindi-vedmata/kruti dev font.

Note : Preference will be given to those candidates having degree of stenographer.

(A) For the post of Office PeonAssistant/Clerks :-

With the suitability of the number of applications submitted and the number of vacant posts, thirty times the number of vacant posts will considered.
First Stage : Preference – Listing of candidates with giving preference on the basis of percentage of marks obtained in class V and only the candidates appearing in the list will be called for skill test/Interview.
Second stage : Skill test/Interview – The skill test/Interview will be of total 100 marks. After skill test/interview, in case of equal marks obtained by the candidates in the preference list, preference will be decided on the basis of date of birth. If the date of birth is same, then preference will be given on the basis of marks obtained in class V. If there are equal marks in class V also, then the selection committee will decide on other basis.

Note : If a candidate has been awarded grades in class 5th through grade system, then it is the responsibility of the candidate to obtain a certificate of marks and their percentage obtained in class 5th from the concerned school and attach the self-attested documents with the prescribed application format.
