Qualifications And Experience for IIT Gandhinagar Project Associate-I Recruitment
Project Associate-I Product Design
- Qualification :
- B.Tech. /B.E. in any discipline
- OR
- B.C.A./B.Sc. or equivalent qualification in an appropriate discipline with a minimum of 04 years of post qualification experience.
- Candidates should have a minimum 60% or equivalent grade in percentage/grade points from Graduation onwards and 55% or equivalent grade in class 10th and 12th.
- B.Tech. /B.E. in any discipline
- Job Responsibilities And Experience :
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic/Product Design or related field
- Lead the design process from concept to completion, including ideation, prototyping anddesign for manufacturing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, andresearchers to define product vision and design requirements.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and surveys to inform design decisions. Activelyiterate and refine designs based on feedback, data, and evolving user needs.
- Be flexible in responding to changes and adapt to new challenges that arise during the productdevelopment lifecycle. Analyze and apply feedback to refine and iterate designs.
- Develop and maintain detailed design specifications. Document design decisions and rationaleto keep team members aligned throughout the product life cycle.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Inventor, Keyshot or similar tools.
- Experience with prototyping tools will be preferred
- Be passionate about working with children.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Salary Structure for IIT Gandhinagar Project Associate-I Recruitment
