- Essential Qualifications :
- M. Tech. in VLSI/ECE Materials Science Engg (or) M.Sc. in ElectronicsScience/Chemistry/Physics with a minimum of first division (60% marks or equivalent grade) and passing of GATE/NET test. Computational knowledge is must.
- Desirable Qualifications :
- Research experience/expertise in the computational approaches of 2D functional materials, optoelectronics, density functional theory is preferential.
Salary Structure :
- JRF – Rs. 31000 (Consolidated) for those who have qualified GATE or CSIR/UGC NET.
- Project Associate – Rs. 25,000 (consolidated) for those without GATE or CSIR/UGC NET
Age Criteria : 28 years
Duration and Nature of Appointment :
- Duration of Appointment : The appointment will be initially for One Years and Initially for one year, and up gradation will be done based on satisfactory performance
- Nature of Appointment : The appointment is purely temporary basis.
