Qualifications and Experience
| Essential Qualification | MTech in Applied Mechanics/Engineering Mechanics and Design/Computational Mechanics/Design (Mechanical Engineering/Stress Analysis/ Solid Mechanics with B.Tech. in Mechanical/Aerospace OR any other relevant discipline in BTech/MTech with first class and GATE qualification in relevant discipline |
| Desirable Qualification | A good knowledge of Ansys multiphysics applications and related programming |

Salary Structure
- Rs. 37,000/- per month for first two years
- Rs. 42,000/- per month in the third year
- 20% HRA shall be admissible in case of nonavailability of accommodation at the Institute
Duration and Nature of Appointment
- Duration of Appointment : The initial appointment is for One (01) year.The contract can be extended twice based on yearly performance review, availability of the fund and continuation of the project only.
- Nature of Appointment : The appointment is purely temporary and subject to regular performance review.

Age Criteria
As per DST norms (The upper age limit can be relaxed up to 5 years
in the case of SC/ST/OBC/PwD or Female candidates).
Selection Procedure
- Shortlisting of candidates can be done on the merit basis and need of the project.
- Only shortlisted candidates shall be called for interviews filling of the application form does not guarantee the Interview Call.
- Information regarding the date and time of the Interview shall be communicated to the shortlisted candidates only through registered email.
- The decision of the Selection Committee will be final and abiding.
