Job Responsibilities

• Contribute to the State newborn AMR consortium as needed and suggested by thesupervisor.
• Facilitate Data Collection, Compilation, Analysis, and review related to the projectarea.
• Regular coordination with District teams to promote quality and timely datasupport.
• Field level Supportive supervision/hand-holding to ensure timely and standarddata-based operations, as per project need.
• Do daily tele-round of 10 SNCU.
• Help the P.I. in the condition of training on Q.I, ETAT/HDU, and newborn Care.
• Analyze the data, identify the gaps, and facilitate for implementation ofsuggestive inputs to get the optimum quality data outputs.
• Coordination with different stakeholders for implementation of projectinterventions.
• Any other task assigned by the supervisor/Technical reporting person.

Salary Structure

Duration and Nature of Appointment

• Duration of Appointment : The initial appointment is for Nine months. Extendable up to 1 more year based on the satisfactory performance, project need, and further approval.
• Nature of Appointment : The appointment is purely temporary basis.
