Qualifications And Experience :
Field Assistant
- Essential Qualification :
- Graduate degree in any discipline. Prior Experience is preferred.
Project Associate
- Essential Qualifications :
- Master’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Eng in Water/ Environment/ Economic/ Public Policy/ Management/ Development /related areas.
Junior Research Fellow
- Essential Qualifications :
- Master’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Eng in Water/ Environment/Economic/ Public Policy/ Management/ Development/ related areas with first class and GATE/CSIR-UGC NET/CSIR-UGC LS/INSPIRE
Research Associate
- Essential Qualifications :
- Ph.D. degree or having 3 years of research, teaching, and design and policy experience after ME/M.Tech. with at least one research paper in Science Citation Indexed (SCI) journal in relevant field
Salary Structure :
Field Assistant
- Rs. 18,000+HRA as per DST rule
Project Associate
- Rs. 31,000 + HRA for candidates who have qualified UGC-NET including lecturership (Assistant Professorship) or GATE HSS or similar examinations conducted by Central Government Departments and their Agencies and Institutions.
- Rs. 25,000 + HRA for Candidates who have not qualified UGC-NET including lecturership (Assistant Professorship) or GATE HSS or similar examinations conducted by Central Government Departments and their Agencies and Institutions.
Junior Research Fellow
- Rs. 37,000 + HRA as per DST rule
Research Associate
- Postdoctoral Fellow will be paid consolidated salary based on the following salary structure of the DST for Research Associate. Category Emoluments per month
- Research Associate-I Rs. 58,000/-
- Research Associate-II Rs. 61,000/-
- Research Associate-III Rs. 67,000/-
- The category will be decided/ recommended by the selection committee based on the qualification /Experience /Performance in the interview of the candidate.
Duration Appointment :
- Duration of Appointment : The initial appointment is till 31 March 2026 and may be extended as per institute and funding agency guidelines.
- Nature of Appointment : The appointment is purely on temporary basis.
