Qualifications And Experience for IIIT Raichur Assistance Professor Recruitment 2025
Assistant Professor Grade I
- Essential Qualification :
- Ph.D. degree in relevant disciplines from recognized universities with an excellent academic and research record. Candidates who have an aptitude for sharing knowledge and earned their Ph.D. from reputed universities, followed by research guidance, formulation of research proposals, secured/filed patents/ IPR/ Knowledge/ Database, and acquisition of funding are encouraged to apply.
- Experience :
- Three years of post-PhD experience in Level 11/10 or equivalent from reputed academic Institutes & Research and Development Labs or relevant industry
Assistant Professor Grade II
- Essential Qualification :
- Ph.D. degree in relevant disciplines from recognized universities with an excellent academic and research record. Candidates who have an aptitude for sharing knowledge and earned their Ph.D. from reputed universities, followed by research guidance, formulation of research proposals, secured/filed patents /IPR/ Knowledge/ Database, and acquisition of funding are encouraged to apply.
- Experience :
- One-year post-Ph.D. experience in Level 10 or equivalent from reputed academic institutes /Research and Development Labs or relevant industries with requisite academic and/or research achievements. Candidates with less than one year’s post-Ph.D. experience may be considered for Level 10

IIIT Raichur Assistance Professor Recruitment 2025
IIIT Raichur, located in the city of Raichur in Karnataka, is one of the youngest and budding IIITs proposed by the Ministry of Education, Government of India.
The academic activity of the institute commenced in the year 2019 in August from the temporary campus of the Indian Institute of Technology Hyderabad, Telangana, with its first batch being admitted to Bachelor of Technology, Computer Science and Engineering. Then, in September 2021, IIIT Raichur shifted to the Transit in GEC Yermarus Camp, Raichur, Karnataka, where all academic activities are currently taking place.
